# About Hyperdash Source: https://docs.hyperdash.com/about-hyperdash What Hyperdash is, what you can trade, and where to start. Hyperdash is a global trading platform and data analytics company. Trade perpetuals and spot across crypto, equities, commodities, indices, and FX, with an execution toolkit built for professionals and market data that turns every wallet, position, and liquidation into signal you can act on. ## Trade global markets Markets run 24/7 with no market holidays. Perpetuals cover crypto majors alongside equities, commodities, indices, and FX, each with its own leverage limits, and spot markets settle real assets to your own wallet. Browse the catalog on [Markets and Asset Pages](/markets-assets), or see [Spot Trading](/spot-trading) and [Perp RFQ](/perp-rfq) for size execution with institutional liquidity. ## Execute like a pro Every order type has a dedicated reference in [Trading Execution](/orders/overview): market and limit basics, laddered Scale entries, Stop and Trailing Stop protection, Chase orders that follow the book, and Private TWAP and Swarm strategies that work large size with less market impact. [Quick Trade](/quicktrade) puts preset-size buttons one click from any chart. ## Read the market, then trade it Transparent on-chain data powers [Trader Explore](/wallet-explore), [Cohorts and Top Traders](/cohorts-top-traders-position-changes), the [Leaderboard](/leaderboard), and [Alerts](/alerts-inbox) on every wallet you track. When you find traders worth following, [Copytrading](/copy-trade) mirrors or counters them automatically with risk controls. ## Your keys, your funds Trading runs through agent keys that can never withdraw, with 2FA on the account and withdrawals signed only by your own wallet. Details in [API Wallets and Security](/agent-wallets-security). ## Get started Fund your account from any chain, card, or fiat on [Onboarding and Deposits](/onboarding-deposits), and reach the team any time via [Get Help](/get-help). ## Follow us [https://x.com/hypurrdash](https://x.com/hypurrdash) # API Wallets and Security Source: https://docs.hyperdash.com/agent-wallets-security How agent wallets, sign-in methods, and two-factor protection work on Hyperdash. Hyperdash executes your trades through an agent api wallet: a separate trading key that your own wallet approves to sign orders on your behalf. This lets you trade without confirming every order in your wallet, while withdrawals and transfers still require a signature from your own wallet. ## How agent wallets work In the Terminal Wallet setup, connect an existing wallet or create a new non-custodial wallet secured by Turnkey. See [Onboarding and Deposits](/onboarding-deposits). Hyperdash generates a fresh keypair in your browser, and your wallet signs an approval registering it as your trading agent. The agent key is valid for 180 days and is encrypted in your browser before it is stored. A second signature enables trading on Hyperdash. From then on, every order you place, including automated [order types](/orders/overview), is signed by the agent key. The **Agent Manager** shows your agent's address and expiry with statuses Active, Expires in 30 days, Expires Soon, and Expired, plus a **Refresh Agent Key** action. ## Security FAQ The agent key signs trading actions only: placing, modifying, and cancelling orders. Withdrawals and asset transfers are signed by your own wallet, never by the agent. Your wallet's private key never leaves your wallet; you approve the agent and sign withdrawals yourself. Wallets created through Hyperdash are non-custodial and secured by Turnkey. The agent key is generated in your browser and encrypted there before storage, which is what powers features like [Copytrading](/copy-trade). Open the Agent Manager and use **Refresh Agent Key**: a brand-new key replaces the old one. You must have the original wallet connected; the app blocks refreshes from a different address. Re-running wallet setup also deregisters previous Hyperdash agents before approving a new one. Agent keys are valid for 180 days. An expired key can no longer sign orders, so refresh it from the Agent Manager to keep trading. Google, Apple, email magic link, or wallet sign-in. Wallet sign-in only asks you to sign a message: it is free and sends no transaction. In Settings under Security, enable either a passkey (biometrics or a security key) or an authenticator app. Authenticator setup shows a QR code or setup key, verifies a 6-digit code, then issues one-time backup codes you can download. Passkeys must be removed before enabling an authenticator app. After sign-in, with an option to trust the device for 30 days, and again before withdrawing funds. If you lose your 2FA device, a backup recovery code works once each. Save your backup recovery codes when you enable an authenticator app. If you lose your 2FA device and have no codes, you can permanently lose access to your account. # Alerts and Inbox Source: https://docs.hyperdash.com/alerts-inbox Announcements, system alerts, rewards, direct messages, and tracked wallet activity in one place. The inbox is Hyperdash's notification center. It collects platform announcements, system notices, alerts, reward and milestone updates, and direct messages in one panel, and it updates in real time while you trade. ## Where the inbox lives Click the bell icon at the top right of the header to open the inbox. When you have unread items, the bell shows an orange dot, and an unread count appears inside the panel. Three tabs filter the view: **All**, **Messages**, and **Alerts**. ## What lands in your inbox | Type | What it covers | | -------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- | | Announcements | Product and platform news broadcast to all users | | System notifications | Account-level notices sent directly to you | | Alerts | Warnings that may need your attention | | Milestones | Achievement notices | | Rewards credited | Confirmation when rewards land in your account | | VIP invites | Invitations to VIP programs | | Direct messages | One-to-one conversations with other Hyperdash users | Notifications can include a button that jumps straight to the relevant page. ## How it works * The inbox stays live over a real-time connection, so the unread badge updates even while the panel is closed. * Opening the inbox marks announcements and system notices as read. A direct message is marked read when you open its thread. * Direct messages support replies from the thread view. Announcement and system channels are read-only. * The **Contact us** button at the bottom of the inbox opens the feedback form. ## Alerts for tracked wallets Activity from wallets you follow does not go to the inbox. It streams into the live **Tracked** feed in the trading terminal: trades with direction, size, and price, plus account events such as deposits and withdrawals. Filter the feed by list, direction, open or close, and notional size. To start following a wallet, see [Trader Explore](/wallet-explore). The inbox is only available when you are signed in to Hyperdash. ## FAQ The inbox is the primary channel. Hyperdash announcements can also arrive by email, and you can unsubscribe from those at any time. Hyperdash additionally runs a public Whale Alerts channel on Telegram, linked from the app header. Track the wallet from [Trader Explore](/wallet-explore). Their fills and account events then appear in the Tracked feed in real time. Opening the inbox counts as reading announcements and system notices, since their full content is shown in the list. Direct messages keep their unread count until you open the thread. Announcements and system notices are read-only. Direct messages from other Hyperdash users can be answered directly from the thread view. # Cohorts, Top Traders and Position Changes Source: https://docs.hyperdash.com/cohorts-top-traders-position-changes Market intelligence tabs in the terminal: cohort positioning, top trader positions, position changes, and live TWAPs. For every perpetual market, the trading terminal includes market intelligence tabs built from live trader data: **Top Traders**, **Cohorts**, **Position Changes**, and **Current TWAPs**. Use them to see who is positioned where, and who is moving the market right now. ### Cohorts For the selected market, each trader group shows three breakdowns: long versus short notional, the number of traders long versus short, and how many are in profit versus at a loss on unrealized PnL. A global row aggregates every trader in the market, then two cohort families segment it: PNL cohorts (Extremely Profitable down to Rekt, by all-time PnL) and size cohorts (Kraken down to Shrimp, by wallet size). The exact range for each cohort is shown next to its name in the app. Click any cohort to open its detail page: total value, PnL, wallet count, positioning across all major markets, a historical positioning chart, and the list of wallets in the cohort, each of which you can [track](/wallet-explore).
