Net exchange fees = fees − builder fees + rebates (GET /v1/network/revenue's fees_usd keeps builder fees in). Exact sums (decimal strings) from Hyperdash's re-aggregated levels plus raw edges; meta.as_of = exclusive end of the data, meta.start_time / end_time = the window actually covered. Pricing: flat; ×1 to 1d, ×3 to 7d.
