A page holds whole bars (⌊limit / payers⌋ of them); page with the cursor. payers ≤ your plan's wallet-list cap, and one query returns at most that many rows across its pages; a query cut there ends with meta.truncated = true (start a new one at meta.end_time). meta.start_time / meta.end_time = this page's bars, complete outside meta.gaps; meta.live_to = the newest minute loaded (the last ~2 min provisional).
