Older days are rebuilt by Hyperdash from fills, funding and position snapshots (`source` rebuilt): their PnL is perp PnL only. This is not the hyperdash.com PnL calendar (that is GET /v1/accounts/{address}/pnl-calendar, UTC days). Range ≤ 365 days; page with the cursor. Pricing: base + per row.
