## Features by plan

| Feature | Starter | Growth | Scale | Enterprise |
| - | - | - | - | - |
| Streams | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Footprint | | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Order-level (L4) book | | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Prediction market outcome statistics | | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Priority fee flow | | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Async jobs | | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |

A request outside your plan returns `403 history_limit` or `403 feature_not_in_plan` and costs nothing.

## Bulk extraction limits

The API is built for applications, research, and monitoring, not for copying whole datasets. Each plan has daily and 30-day row budgets per dataset family and a cap on how many new wallets a workspace can look up per day. Going over returns `429 extraction_limit` with a `Retry-After` header. If your use case needs more, contact us about Enterprise.

## Billing periods

* **Monthly or yearly.** Yearly plans are billed once a year and receive their credits in monthly slices.
* **Switching billing period.** Monthly to yearly applies at once, with a prorated charge. Yearly to monthly applies when the paid year ends. You can't upgrade and switch to monthly in the same change.
* **Plan credits reset each period.** Unused plan credits do not roll over. Purchased credits last 12 months; see [Credits](https://docs.hyperdash.com/data-api/credits.md#buying-credits).
* **Upgrades** add the difference in credits as soon as the upgrade invoice is paid. If the upgrade payment is declined, you stay on your current plan. **Downgrades** apply from the next period.
* **Test keys** are free and work without a plan, so you can build before subscribing. There is no free plan for live data.

## Failed payments

There is no grace period. If a renewal payment fails, the plan pauses at once: live keys return `403 plan_required` and auto-reload pauses. Test keys keep working. Stripe retries the payment, and owners and admins can pay the open invoice with **Update payment** on the **Plans** page. Access returns within a minute of payment. Purchased credits can't be spent while the plan is paused.
